Recently, in June 2024, Honor launched its new foldable smartphone known as Honor Magic V Flip. The Magic V Flip smartphone has 5G network, immersive features and specifications. Let’s start with the screen. It has two screens, a main screen of a 6.8-inch foldable LTPO OLED panel and another cover screen of a 4-inch LTPO OLED panel. Both displays support a 120Hz refresh rate, HDR, and Dolby Vision. The main display has 1B colors and supports 3000 nits brightness, while the cover display has 1600 nits brightness.
The Honor Magic V Flip is powered by the 4nm Qualcomm SM8475 Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 chipset with a clock speed of up to 1×3.0 GHz. Apart from this, the smartphone comes with Android 14 operating system based on the customization features of MagicOS 8. The smartphone has dual cameras on the back, a 50MP main camera and a 12MP ultrawide camera. When it comes to video recording, the smartphone can record up to 4K videos with gyro-EIS support. After this, there is also a 50MP selfie lens.
Apart from that, the smartphone comes with 12GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage for the base variant and goes up to 16GB of RAM and 1TB of internal storage, although there is no microSD card slot. Let’s talk about the battery and color options, in this smartphone you will get a 4800 mAh Si/C battery with 66W wired and 5W reverse wired charging, and the smartphone is available in black, white, champagne and green.
