The Motorola Razr 50 is powered by 4nm Mediatek Dimensity 7300X chipset clocked at up to 4×2.5 GHz. Apart from this, the smartphone comes with Android 14 operating system and offers 8GB to 12GB RAM with 256GB to 512GB UFS 2.2 internal storage.
The Motorola Razr 50 smartphone also has two displays as part of a foldable phone design. The main display has a 6.9-inch LTPO AMOLED panel with 120Hz, 1B colors, 3000 nits brightness, and HDR10+ support.
