In late May 2024, Honor launched its new flagship 5G smartphone called Honor 200 Pro. In this smartphone, you will get better specifications and features for $480 (Rs 39,990 in India) approximately. Let’s start with the battery backup, the Honor 200 Pro phone offers a 5200 mAh battery. In terms of charging capacity, the phone offers 100W wired charging support that will charge the phone from 0 to 60% in just 15 minutes, while 66W wireless charging takes 30 minutes to charge from 0 to 64 %. Additionally, the phone supports reverse wired and reverse wireless charging.
The phone comes in black, silver, green and pink color variants. Coming to the software experience, the Android 14 operating system is present with MagicOS 8 UI. Under the hood, the performance aspect is handled through the 4nm Qualcomm SM8635 Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 chipset, considered an excellent option as flagship hardware. The device can also be purchased with up to 12GB to 16GB of RAM and 256GB to 1TB of internal storage, although there is no microSD card slot.
As for the display, the smartphone offers a 6.78-inch OLED panel that supports 120Hz refresh rate, 1B colors, HDR, and 4000 nits peak brightness. Not forgetting that the company also offers an IP55 rating for dust and water resistance, while there is no Gorilla Glass protection. On the front, the device has a dual 50MP selfie camera with a 2MP depth that can capture the right color, while the rear camera has a triple 50MP setup. This phone has a 50MP main camera lens with OIS support, a 50MP telephoto lens with 2.5x optical zoom, and a 12MP ultra-wide-angle lens. In terms of video recording, both cameras can record 4K videos with gyro-EIS support.
